A 3 hour adventure, 10 min walk from UW campus. Begin with a 30 min vinyasa yoga class with emphasis on balance. Then in the water you will learn the basics of paddle boarding. Ending at Breathing Room Studio, for 30 minute relaxation. A one of a kind adventure! Come with a friend and double the fun

About the event
Includes: 3 hour journey and guide, yoga mat and paddle board rental, as well as life jacket, water, healthy snacks and coffee/tea.
Begin with a 30 min vinyasa yoga class with emphasis on balance, stability and core. Then in the water you will learn the basics of paddle boarding (sitting, kneeling, standing)  as well as simple yoga asanas (Nothing too hard). Ending back at  Breathing Room Studio, for 30 minute meditation and relaxing savasana practice. Come join us for this one of a kind adventure! Come with a friend, family member or colleagues and it will be twice as fun.Â

Please arrive 10-15 min prior to the starting of the session. Sun glasses and sun screen/block recommended.
