Our Rise & Shine Morning Ritual includes three weekly 40 minute pilates, yoga and meditation sessions to build focus, energy and inspiration to every thing you do. Attend live or online!

MY NAME IS DHYANA GARCIA

I am an experienced Pilates teacher and holistic movement guide, passionate about helping individuals find joy and fluidity in their movement and life. Join me in exploring the transformative and healing power of your own mind, body and nervous system to unlock your mindful potential.

OUR STUDIO

Dhyana is the co-founder and owner of Breathing Room Studio, a movement sanctuary located directly on the waters of the Puget Sound.

  • Fully equipped with a Pilates machines and yoga props.

  • Space for private practice, intimate sessions, trainings and events.

  • Available for rentals 

  • We love to partner with amazing, creative and conscious humans!
