"An Enlightened Teacher: I have worked with Dhyana in private sessions for over three years. We meet once, and often twice a week for a combination of Pilates, yoga, and various other movement therapies in her repertoire. I often arrive somewhat fuzzy in mind and body and leave feeling younger, healthier, and happier. (I just turned 80.)
