
Meet Dhyana
Pilates, Yoga & Mindful Movement Specialist
Originally from Mexico. Fully certified Pilates instructor trained in Stott and traditional Fletcher methods, as well as Forrest Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. She is an Ayurvedic wellness counselor and has an M.F.A in dance and movement education from the University of Washington where she is currently faculty. She keeps performing and is co-founder of DAIPANbutoh Collective, a butoh performance group in Seattle and also co-owner of OnixBloom, a company who offers integrative retreats, and Breathing Room Studio, where she teaches and offers workshops regularly. Dhyana loves to travel and is available for booking to offer Meditation in Motion Pilates, Yoga and Mindful Movement programs at retreat centers and venues in the US and internationally.
