Dhyana’s approach is all about connecting with your body and unlocking the joy of movement! Each session is uniquely tailored to help you feel centered, calm, and beautifully balanced. You are a work of art!

 

Dhyana is an inspiring co-director of Breathing Room Studio and the visionary founder of the Meditation in Motion Pilates and Yoga methodology! As a certified Pilates instructor and a passionate Vinyasa and Forrest Yoga teacher, along with being an Ayurvedic wellness counselor, she brings a wealth of expertise to her practice.

 

With over 12 years as a dance and interdisciplinary art faculty member at the University of Washington, Dhyana holds an M.F.A. in dance and choreography, infusing her lessons with a profound understanding of movement as a healing art.

 

Since 2010, she has co-founded the dynamic DAIPANbutoh Collective and the Seattle Butoh Festival, captivating audiences worldwide through her teaching, performances, and productions in the avant-garde Butoh dance-theater, which dives into deeper states of consciousness.
