MONTHLY MENTORSHIP

 Flexibility, Posture, Strength, Core, Balance and Well-being

Elevate your wellness. Enjoy one or two tailored private sessions each week in Pilates, meditation and Meditation in Motion which is Dhyana's signature offering which includes stretching, breathing and meditation practices. Stay motivated with simple tools and expert guidance. Transform and achieve real results with;

  • Weekly recorded guided meditations & exercise practices.

  • 10% on MIM or Breathing Room Studio events

  • Up to 10 make-up sessions a year to use or gift.
