RISE & SHINE
Join our Rise & Shine Online Morning Ritual and kickstart your day with a rejuvenating, easy to follow 40-minute class. This program is designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and set a positive tone for the day. All live classes are held via Zoom at 8:15am PST on Mondays (Yoga), Wednesdays (Pilates), and Fridays (Meditation).

PRIVATE LESSONS
Dive into the world of Pilates, yoga and/or meditation one session at a time, or experience them integrated in Dhyanas wholistic way during a Meditation in Motion session. Dhyana loves working with people of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced mover, she can tailor the class to your specific needs and help you go beyond in your practice and enjoy your life even more.

Sessions include: Pilates strength training, Yoga (Asana, Pranayama and Meditation), Butoh and dance therapeutic movement practice.
For all first-time clients, we recommend scheduling an Initial Consultation Session to cover your movement goals, current movement capacity, and recommendations.
