About the event
One With The Wave is an open-form immersive experience where sound, movement, stillness, and intuition meet. This is not a performance to watch or a structured class to follow. It is a carefully held space where you are invited to reconnect with yourself in whatever way feels most authentic and nourishing to you.
For some, this may look like resting deeply in stillness.
For others, it may become movement, journaling, drawing, stretching, meditation, reflection, or spontaneous dance.
There is no right way to experience the evening.
The intention is simple:
To give yourself permission to slow down, listen inward, and follow the wave of your own nervous system, creativity, and intuition.
